Location near the beach creates a scenic backdrop for morning walks. The communal areas provide a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The layout offers a chance to meet fellow travelers.
Had significant issues with the check-in process due to the wrong entry code, causing an unnecessary two-hour wait. The room's bedding left something to be desired. the mattress springs poked through, making it quite uncomfortable, and the towels were uncomfortably thin for my needs. Noticed some cleanliness issues as well. remnants of past guests were evident, which contributed to a feeling that the space wasn't properly maintained. The lack of proper heating in the room also made the stay less enjoyable despite the corridors being heated.

During my stay, I loved how close I was to Plymouth Hoe, which is perfect for a stroll and offers stunning views of the sea, and just a short walk away is the beautiful Victoria Park, a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the greenery. the hotel is ideal for those who enjoy discovering scenic spots in the city.

Comfy bed and clean space
I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 4 nights, and the bed was quite comfy, which made for some good nights of sleep. The bathroom also had decent water pressure, but beyond that, I couldn't find much to appreciate about the place. The overall experience felt lacking, and I wish the amenities were better.

Not for the solo traveler who values quality
I mean the bed was kinda comfy and the bathroom had decent water pressure but honestly there was nothing else redeeming about this place
Cost a pretty penny though the standards were just unacceptable

During my solo trip to explore the local attractions, I was ultimately disappointed by my experience. While the bed was somewhat comfy and the bathroom had decent water pressure, there was not much else to redeem my stay. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property left a lot to be desired, and the problems I encountered led me to check out early.

I stayed at Ocean Lodge for 4 nights. The location near the harbor stood out. gorgeous views were perfect for evening walks. The staff greeted me warmly, making check-in a breeze. The room felt cozy with comfortable bedding, a nice surprise after long daily excursions. The water pressure in the bathroom was solid, making showers enjoyable. the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly weak, making it tough to stay connected. I also noticed some outdated decor that could use a refresh. I had a lovely time while addressing some minor inconveniences.

During a two-night stay in a Triple Room with Shared Bathroom, the experience was disappointing. The facilities were inadequate, with no clear positives to mention aside from the fresh pizza offered, which was enjoyable. The shared bathroom arrangement was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.

We had an awesome time staying here with friends! We checked out the local football stadium and the beautiful harbor. The staff were friendly, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Don't miss the outdoor space for hanging out at night.
The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room, which made it tricky to stay connected.
